About the Classes
All my classes are suitable for all levels, beginners are welcome, I layer the class so everybody is catered for. The classes tend to be small so I get to know my students needs very quickly. I cover a range of postures, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation/yoga nidra.
One to One sessions
Yoga on a one to one basis helps to deepen your practice, and can be more appropriate to your specific needs. If you are a beginner or you have any particular injuries, or simply want to try to progress in a particular area, private classes could suit you. In the comfort of your own home we can work together to enable you to progress. There is a £45.00 charge for the local area, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Canterbury.
The Yoga Classes take place at various locations listed in the Timetable, to offer flexibility to carry out your yoga practice.
